As the 2024 school year comes to an end, and students at Osgoode Township High School and St Mark High School collect signatures in their yearbooks, the Osgoode Township Museum is pleased to launch Sign My Book!
The Sign My Book! website explores the marks made by teens in Osgoode Township from the 1880s to today. Take a look through the autograph books, and see if you can find familiar faces in yearbooks from Osgoode Township High School and St. Mark High School. Explore yearbooks from Osgoode Township schools and relive fond memories of days gone by.
Sign My Book! was developed by the staff of the Osgoode Township Museum, with yearbooks spanning 70 years on loan from Osgoode Township High School and St. Mark High School. This ongoing effort will ultimately see nearly 10,000 pages and 30,000 images digitized. Input from Dr. Cynthia Comacchio, a leading scholar on the history of children/childhood and youth in Canada, added considerably to the project. Elearnza was responsible for website development and design, while James Street Writing Co. provided content services.
