Annual General Meeting
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Osgoode Township Museum will be hosting a virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, June 26 at 10 a.m. EST.
Members, volunteers, and the public are invited to join the Museum’s Board of Directors and staff to look back on 2020 and reflect on the challenges and opportunities the Museum faced. An update on the current year will also be provided. The AGM will be hosted via Zoom, allowing for interaction on screen by all attendees. There will be the option to join via your computer (using video or audio) or by calling in. Thank you for your continued interest in and support of our organization.

- Acceptance of Audited Financial Statements 2020 (available to members upon request)
- Appointment of the Auditors for 2021
- Election of Directors
- President & Executive Director Reports, Annual Report Overview
- Election of 2 members to Nominations Committee for 2021
- Adjournment
If you would like to attend the virtual AGM, please register. After you register, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email with the Zoom details. Members who have been members in good standing immediately preceding the meeting shall have one vote. Members may vote in person at the meeting or by proxy.
