Pop Up Market Vendor Registration

This listing is for vendors who have received an email confirming a spot at the Market. If you have received an email, please pay at your earliest convenience -  payment will be accepted up until 2 weeks before the market. Payment can also be made in person at the museum with cash or cheque. Any cheques returned by your bank will cause your acceptance to be null and void.

Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, etc.

Each market date is $20 to exhibit. 

Event Dates:

  • Sunday, May 12
  • Sunday, June 9
  • Sunday, July 14
  • Sunday, August 11

Event Location: Osgoode Township Museum (vendor locations will be assigned the day of each Market)
Event Time: 12 pm to 4 pm
Set-up Time: 10:00am – 11:45am,
Tear Down Time: 4:15 pm not before
Exhibitor Fees: $20 for one (1) approximately 10' x 10' space on the grass (does not include electricity, there will be an option to have this for an additional fee, please inform us on your application)

Please note that vendor spaces are available on a first come first served basis and are not available to all applicants. If you have not received an email, please do not purchase a space!
